VMB-613 "SEMPER FIDELIS" AWARDS PROGRAM
Effective Date. This program will begin accepting applications on August 1, 2006.
Privacy Policy. This program maintains strict compliance with privacy-related issues. No personal information will be provided to third parties, unless compelled under local, state, or federal statutes.
COPPA Compliance. In keeping with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) of 1998, this program will never knowingly any personal information from anyone thirteen (13) years of age or younger. Accordingly, this program has set the minimum age requirement for submitting an application at eighteen (18) years of age.
Disclaimer. This program is in no way affiliated with, or approved by, the United States Marine Corps, the Departments of the Navy and/or Defense, nor the Government of the United States of America.
Program Affiliations. The VMB-613 "Semper Fidelis" Awards Program is a member of Award Sites!, The Awards Awards, and WebsAwards.
Application Submission Cost. There is no cost associated with submitting an application to the VMB-613 "Semper Fidelis" Awards Program.
Application Validation Code. The purpose of this code is simply to ensure applicants have applied due-diligence and have taken the time to read the provisions of this program. The application validation code is "Mike Baker."
Awards Board. Applications submitted for consideration will be evaluated by the VMB-613 Awards Board. The awards board will consist of two evaluators. This first evaluator will be an officer of the Marine Bombing Squadron Six-Thirteen Association. He will also serve as the senior member of the awards board. The second evaluator will be the webmaster of this site whose collateral duty will be that of the awards program administrator.
Standards of Conduct. Both members of the Awards Board, having served as Marines, will maintain the Marine Corps' standards of conduct in the performance in their duties. This will ensure applicants are dealt with in a professional manner, and that applications are reviewed with fairness, impartiality, and diligence.
Terms of Submission. In submitting to the VMB-613 "Semper Fidelis" Awards Program, you agree to abide by all terms of the program, and further agree to permit our Awards Board to apply their collective definitions to the various terminology contained herein.
You also acknowledge that submission of an application constitutes certification that the information provided is true and correct. Any information provided on an application that is determined to be false will result in immediate and permanent disqualification.
You further agree and understand that any and all decisions of the Awards Board are final, and as such, disputes to these decisions will not be entertained.
Lastly, by applying for the VMB-613 "Semper Fidelis" Awards Program, you agree that if selected to receive our award, you will:
1. Display the award graphic on either the "Home" or an "Awards" page of your site;
2. Upload and save the awards graphic to your website's server;
3. In no way, alter or resize the graphic without our express permission;
4. Permit us to add a text link to your site on our "Award Honorees" page, and;
5. Notify the Awards Board at awards@vmb-613.com as to the URL where the award graphic is located on your website within fourteen (14) days following selection.
