Maintenance Policy. The Award Honorees list will be maintained indefinitely and efforts will be made to ensure the links to all honorees' sites remain accessible. Should an honoree's website be removed from the world-wide-web, the hyperlink to the respective site will be removed and an appropriate remark will be added indicating a Dead Link. The intent of this is simply to prevent our visitors from attempting to visit sites that are no longer available. Should the site become operational once again at some future point, the respective webmaster should contact this program's administrator at awards@vmb-613.com so the hyperlink can be reestablished.
Linking. Webmasters wishing to link to this site's awards program are encouraged to do so using either a text or a banner link. Specific instructions for linking to this site, as well as banner images for use is provided in the Copyrights & Legal Notices section of this website.
Modification. This program may be modified at any time without notice, however applications pending review at the time the modification is published will be evaluated based on the criteria and policies in effect at the time the application was submitted.

Please be aware that these website evaluation applications are tools provided to you for your use as you deem appropriate. Some or all of these may be used in an evaluation by our Awards Board, however they do not serve as the basis for determining award selection under the provisions of the VMB-613 "Semper Fidelis" Awards Program.
