Ordnance Mascot Photograph

Ordnance Mascot - Foxhole, a rat terrier, served as squadron mascot and companion to the men of the Ordnance Department.  Foxhole's owner, Staff Sergeant William T. Hungerford, brought him to Kwajalein from the United States when the squadron deployed in October 1944.  Foxhole was an obedient and spirited dog that eagerly participated in the day-to-day activities of the Ordnance Department.
