PILOT'S  YOKE

PILOT'S N-3B GUN SIGHT: This sight was used for the fixed forward-firing .50 caliber machine guns and for minimum altitude bombing.  The adjustment knob is a Type A-1 combination gun-and-bomb head for sighting the guns as well as setting predetermined bombing angles.

NAVIGATOR'S STATION—LOOKING FORWARD: The box on the left provided storage for twenty-one rounds of 75mm ammunition.

NAVIGATOR'S STATION: The numbered components are: 1. Transmitter Key; 2. Folding Table; 3. Driftmeter Support; 4. Folding Table Stowage Strap; 5. Map Case; 6. Safety Belt; 7. Navigator's Seat.

UPPER TURRET: The mechanic-gunner manned this power-operated turret, armed with two .50 caliber machine guns.
